Dan grew up on a cattle farm in southwest England, while I (Jade) come from upstate New York. Though we didn’t know exactly where or how, we both knew our future would involve raising cattle and sharing high-quality beef directly with families like yours.
That dream became reality in 2021 when a friend offered us his herd of cows along with a free land lease. We jumped at the opportunity. Just a year later, we purchased our own farm in Suwannee County, Florida.
From the moment we first opened the gate, we knew this land was meant to be home. There was no house, and nearly every field was covered in planted pine trees. Since then, we’ve been working hard to transform the land: clearing the pines, restoring the soil, and bringing the pastures back to life using regenerative farming practices that nourish both cattle and the earth.
Every day, we feel grateful to raise cattle with care, restore the land, and provide our community with beef that’s not only delicious but also raised responsibly.

Our cattle roam freely on lush pastures, grazing on native forages and enjoying a stress-free environment. They are supplemented with a high-end non-gmo grain that includes minerals and probiotics. This results in beef that is not only delicious but also packed with essential nutrients, flavor, tenderness and marbling.
The diseases that are so prevalent in the crowded conditions of modern cattle farming require the use of pharmaceuticals. Our cattle don’t need any antibiotics, vaccines, or hormones because we raise them as nature and God intended - with fresh air, sunshine and lots of open space.
Every cut is individually vacuum sealed and flash frozen for optimal freshness.
