YOU ARE ONLY PAYING THE DEPOSIT HERE - YOU WILL HAVE A FINAL BALANCE DUE. We will contact you with details and next steps.

A deposit secures your beef share. The balance will be due once it arrives at the processor and we have the final hanging weight. Your share will be ready in 4-8 weeks. 2 weeks dry-aging for flavor & tenderness. Then cut, packaged & frozen, ready for your freezer.
